“Since winning the contest, we have seen an increase in business despite
the continuing poor economic situation here in Alberta,” said Landon
Hommy, owner, Whitecourt Esso Super Station. “The extra attention we’ve
received as a result of winning the Canada’s Best Restroom contest has
had a positive, long-term impact on our business.”

Every day, the Whitecourt Esso Super Station has new customers stopping
in to see the award-winning restrooms, as well as many returning ones.
The overwhelming positive reviews have shined a spotlight on the super
station and the town of Whitecourt.

“No matter the business, the Canada’s Best Restroom contest provides
unique recognition for a typically overlooked aspect of the customer
experience,” added Hommy. “We received a ton of support from the local
community, so it was a lot of fun seeing the excitement around our
business and the award.”

If you know about a wonderful, unique or interesting washroom, we want
to hear about it. Now through June 16th, nominations will be accepted
online at www.bestrestroom.com/Canada

impact on customers, so we’re proud to celebrate those establishments
that are dedicated to providing well-maintained and memorable restrooms.”
