Classical Conversations Homeschooling Program Opens Doors to Frederick Families

FREDERICK, Md.–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Classical Conversations leaders will offer introduction to the classical
home education model for families looking for a choice in education for
their children on Monday, January 25.

From 6 to 9 p.m. at Calvary Chapel Frederick, 244 South Jefferson
Street, directors for Classical Conversations will welcome families of
middle school and high school students who are interested in a
home-based classical Christian education for their children. The open
house is scheduled in conjunction with National School Choice Week,
which raises awareness of educational choices for parents with events
such as this being held in all 50 states.

“Educational choice is not always about picking a school, but
selecting an academic program that suits your child’s learning needs and
your family culture. We are so glad that National School Choice Week
celebrates homeschooling and online learning in addition to traditional
public, charter, and private schools,” said Darla Young, area
representative for Classical Conversations.

The program, “Celebrate Challenge!,” will include special guest Melody
Grove, a Classical Conversations support representative, who will answer
questions and have parents and students share testimonies. Student
projects will be on display, and the night will culminate with science
fair judging.

Classical Conversations supports homeschooling parents by cultivating
the love of learning through a Christian worldview in fellowship with
other families. Classical Conversations believes there are three keys to
a great education: classical, Christian, and community.
