Eva Longoria Foundation Dinner Presented By Target Helps Build a Better Future for Latinas

The Eva Longoria Foundation Pre-ALMA Awards Dinner Presented by Target

raised funds to support the Foundation’s mission to help Latinas

build better futures for themselves and their families. The dinner took

place on Saturday, Sept. 15 at Beso in Los Angeles. Attendees included Eva

Longoria, Felicity Huffman, George Lopez, Daisy Fuentes and Lance Bass.

Guests arrived at the Pre-ALMA Awards Dinner for cocktails followed by a

dinner and remarks from Eva Longoria, as well as Laysha Ward, Community

Relations president at Target. A student and entrepreneur representing

the Foundation’s programs also shared their stories. Chef Todd English

prepared an exquisite four-course meal for guests.

The Eva Longoria Foundation was established in 2011 by actress, activist

and philanthropist Eva Longoria. The Foundation gives Latinas the tools

to succeed through education and entrepreneurship. This commitment is

shared by Target, a five-time sponsor of the National Council of La Raza

(NCLR) ALMA Awards. Target is committed to celebrating the

accomplishments and cultural richness of the Hispanic community through

the support of cultural organizations and programs across the country.
