investment banking needs

firefighters, today announced that it has signed a Placement Agent and
Advisory Services Agreement with Monarch Bay Securities (MBS), an El
Segundo-based full-service investment bank involved in corporate
finance, mergers and acquisitions, sales and trading, and other capital
