gathered at the Wynn Las Vegas March 10–13 for the company’s annual
leadership conference, Jeunesse LEAD. The conference’s “Ignite Your
Potential” theme was evident throughout the four-day event and served to
inspire attendees to tap into their potential to make a difference in
their own life and in the lives of others.
The event kicked off with inspiring opening remarks and a warm welcome
from Jeunesse Founders Randy Ray (CEO) and Wendy Lewis (COO), as well as

The focus of the conference was to provide attendees with leadership
training and business development tips while recognizing leaders for
