Out & Equal Opens East Coast Office to Deepen Engagement with Global Corporate Partners and Federal Agencies

WASHINGTON–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Out & Equal Workplace Advocates, the world’s largest nonprofit
organization dedicated exclusively to achieving global lesbian, gay,
bisexual and transgender (LGBT) workplace equality recently opened its
first east coast office in Washington, D.C. Out & Equal collaborates
with Fortune 1000 companies around the world to help them create safe
and supportive work environments for their LGBT employees.

Out & Equal has deepened its impact over the past 20 years through its
22 regional affiliates in cities across the United States and 10 global
partners around the world. The strategic expansion to Washington, D.C.
will enable the organization to continue its engagement with its federal
government and federal agency partners based in the nation’s capital,
advancing LGBT workplace equality in these sectors and beyond.
