Located in Lake Nona, Tsuki Sushi & Grill is the latest culinary destination that blends the freshness of natural ingredients with the creativity of modern Japanese cuisine. Under the leadership of its manager, Jeff, the restaurant has completely revamped its concept to offer healthier, delicious, and visually stunning dishes, all with a focus on quality and freshness.
“We carefully select the ingredients and ensure that we use the freshest and most natural elements in every dish,” Jeff explains. “Our goal is not only to provide a delicious culinary experience but also a nutritious and healthy one.”
A Refreshed Experience Tsuki Sushi & Grill has recently undergone a transformation. “A month ago, we completed a full renovation of the restaurant,” Jeff shares. “We wanted to modernize both the space and the menu to keep up with current trends. Japanese food is now more popular and healthier than ever, and we wanted to reflect that.”
One of the most significant changes is the introduction of dishes like sushi and sashimi, which are especially popular for their lightness and freshness. Additionally, they have introduced poke options, a rising trend known for its health benefits and versatility.
A Menu in Constant Evolution The Tsuki Sushi & Grill team is committed to keeping the menu fresh and exciting. “We are constantly reviewing and updating the menu,” Jeff says. “Every three to four months, we introduce new seasonal dishes to offer something different to our customers. We want there to always be a reason to come back and try something new.”
The menu’s specialties include Hibachi and Tempura lunches, where diners can choose from a variety of proteins like chicken, salmon, scallops, and more, all prepared with a modern twist. They also offer a wide selection of sushi and sashimi, with both traditional and innovative options.
A Growing Location The area where Tsuki Sushi & Grill is located is rapidly growing, something the restaurant team has noticed and embraced. “This city is booming, especially in areas like Lake Nona,” Jeff observes. “It’s a place with a high-quality community, including professionals, golfers, and large businesses. We see many opportunities to grow and offer a space where everyone can enjoy great food.”
The Future of Tsuki Sushi & Grill Although manager Jeff is the face of the restaurant’s day-to-day operations, he mentions that the true driving force behind Tsuki Sushi & Grill is its owner, Johnny, a Chinese-born entrepreneur who has launched several successful restaurants across the country. “Johnny has a lot of experience in the restaurant industry and is always looking for ways to innovate and improve,” Jeff notes.
Tsuki Sushi & Grill is undoubtedly an exciting addition to the city’s growing culinary scene. With its commitment to freshness, creativity, and health, this restaurant is shaping up to be a must-visit for Japanese food lovers.
